Between Floorplan & Feeling
I am not randomly multidisciplinary. I work between people, culture, systems, tools, and care-aware live environments.
I come from live cultural spaces: film festivals, theatre, radio, art installations, audiences, volunteers.
I also come from systems: software engineering, data, technical support, automation, documentation.
My work sits between the two: making complex creative environments easier to run.
Short bio
I am a Berlin-born, Amsterdam-based creative operations worker with a background in software engineering, mathematics, data science, cultural production, and embodied practice.
I have worked across film festivals, immersive experiences, theatre, radio, technical support, research, and independent creative projects. I am interested in the places where human coordination and digital systems meet: the spreadsheet before the show, the guest list at the door, the tool that saves a producer two hours, the calm person in the room when the schedule changes.
Embodied Systems
Alongside my technical and cultural production background, I have trained in Yoga, Reiki, and Chi Nei Tsang. I don’t see this as separate from coordination work: live environments are also body-based systems. People arrive tired, excited, overwhelmed, late, sensitive, or under pressure. My somatic training informs how I hold space, read a room, communicate calmly, and support people through complex moments.
