These sessions offer a calm space to slow down, feel what is happening internally, and reconnect with breath, body, emotion, and sensation — without needing to explain everything verbally.

What is Chi Nei Tsang?

Chi Nei Tsang is a Taoist abdominal massage/bodywork practice focused on the belly, breath, internal organ area, energy flow, emotional holding patterns, and deep abdominal tension. It works with gentle to deep touch around the abdomen and is traditionally used to support digestion, menstrual discomfort, relaxation, body awareness, and nervous-system regulation.
